Leverage Coaching


Leverage Coaching is about supporting leaders through the development of productive skills, thought processes, and behavioral patterns. Although it is closely tied to training, it is more personal in nature.

What You Can Expect

We ask clients to make an initial commitment to six months of coaching. This allows sufficient time for the coach to help the leader through a sustained process of testing new behavioral patterns across a wide variety of business circumstances and challenges. The private victory is becoming disciplined, organized, and trustworthy.

What Is Expected of the Leader and the Coach?

  • Agreement on specific coaching goals based on an assessment of the leader's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Creation of a written development plan that includes agreed-upon goals, targeted outcomes, action steps, time frames, and measures.
  • We usually seek input from six to eight of the leader's colleagues.
  • Assignments between coaching sessions.

How Often Will I Meet With My Coach?

Coaching sessions usually take place twice a month, either face-to-face or by phone.

Investment for Superior Outcomes

We measure success based on the satisfaction and results of the leader. At the completion of a six-month engagement, we gauge success by evaluating how well the leader has progressed against his or her selected goals.
